How It Works

RSVP Deposit & Early VIP Discount (Aug 1 – Oct 31)

• You’ll put down a $250 deposit toward your 2026 entry fees and estimate your total entries.
• This holds spots for your studio until you can finalize your rosters & helps us make sure the venues are not oversold.
• Your entry fee pricing will reflect a 15% discount on all group entries
• You don’t have to be perfect with the estimate – we know things change and it’s early. Just use your best judgement!
• If the deposit is not paid, the spots will not be held.

Register Entries & Pay Fees

• Entries can be registered starting August 1
• To maintain your discount, complete entries and pay all fees at least 75 days before the event
