We cap the number of entries we will take for each location based on size of the theatre and dressing areas to keep everyone happy and sane. Select locations may use a Friday evening block of solos to help keep the Saturday event shorter. If you have a dancer with constraints, let us know – our super smart scheduling software will handle it.
Place your RSVP for just $250 (it goes toward your total entry fees) and give us an estimated number of entries you’re bringing to save your space and secure a 15% discount.

Dance studio life can leave you with weird pockets of time to get stuff done. We get it! While we’re not quite 24/7 we are definitely available ‘after hours’ and respond quickly. Reach out by email, text, or Facebook–whatever works best for you.

VIP Studio Lounge
A magical oasis in the midst of a crazy day, the VIP Lounge is for studio owners and their staff to take a break and recharge. You spend a lot of time taking care of your students. It’s just our little way of taking care of you!
Filled with luscious coffee from Death Wish Coffee, premium teas, chilled bubbly sodas and top-shelf sparkling waters, you’re sure to find a beverage to suit. You’ll also find a treasure trove of healthy snacks and sinful delights stocked throughout the event.
